My prayers and deepest condolences go out to the Clingan Family. I have a deep respect for because he always gave his best to do right by his family and friends. He was a very thought man and shared his thoughts with me many times. I always enjoyed our conversations. He will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.

I worked with Will for 23 years. He and I hired in together back in 1989. He was a very passinate man who always strived to be the best. He cared very much about his family. My prayers and wishes go out to all of his family. May he rest in peace.

Kathleen and I thought very highly of William, he was a very, very good man and hard worker, it shows in everything he touched. William was a positive role model for Dakota and we are very lucky to have had him help us raise Dakota. We enjoyed the company of William and Stephanie on our road trips, his love for Stephanie was easy to see and his comments about Dakota made me proud. Thank you William for being there for Stephanie and Dakota.

Sean & Brandon,
I just wanted you to know how much your Dad loved you both and how very proud he was of you Sean for achieving what you have. And Brandon he had so many dreams for you, all I can ask is to reflect back to move on with Faith for you yourself will have to choose the road to your future. He loved you both, thats all he talked about. Dakota, he talked of you so much also and had dreams for you as well......he loved you as well.

Words cannot express the emotions I am feeling. I just know that you and Wil made a wonderful couple and you are a beautiful person. I loved Wil as a good friend and he will be deeply missed. Granted he was sometimes a turd to work with but a fun loving friend away from work. I have seen so much change in Wil through the years since he met you and I just want you to know if you ever need anything or someone to talk to, just give me a holler. I am so so sorry for your Loss.
