David Warren Taylor, 59, of Hopewell passed away Saturday, March 26, 2011 in Johnston Willis Medical Center. David was a member of the American Legion and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Cindy L. Taylor, a son, Howard Newcomb, five daughters, Kristin Taylor, Brandi and Eric Bowman, Amy and R.J West., Terri and James Hios and, Michelle Taylor, twelve grandchildren, Randy James, Andrew Warren and Bradley Bryce Hios, Robert Jordan, Dustin Michael, Kaleb Lee and Collyn Nikolas West, Taylor Nichole and Trevor Scott Aldridge, Ayden Warren and Brandyn Wade Bowman and David Ryan Lipford, three great grandchildren, Addison Jane, Athan Christian and Isabella Ashlynn Hios, a brother, Richard and Kim Taylor, sister, Hope and Bobby Draper, also numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 pm Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the Family Worship and Praise Center with Rev. David Hayes officiating. Interment will be private.
