Jacqueline Loretta Phillips, 65, of Chester passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2011 in Southside Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Edward M Phillips, two sons, Christopher Phillips and his wife, Donna, Douglas Phillips and his wife, Stephanie, three grandchildren, Kristen Phillips, Olivia Phillips and Michelle Blalock, two great grandchildren, two sisters, Betty Mizell and Doris Jean Patterson. A memorial service will be conducted 7:00 pm Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue, Hopewell, VA and where the family will receive friends until 9:00 pm.
