Peggy M. Forloines, 64, of Hopewell passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011 in Retreat Hospital. Mrs. Forloines was preceded in death by her mother, Georgiana Doutt Moore, grandparents, James C. and Wilma Doutt and her uncle, James Doutt. Peggy was retired from Hopewell Medical Center as a medical supervisor with twenty five years service, a member of the First Baptist Church, member of the Church Choir and taught the youth choir. She is survived by her husband, Ralph F. Forloines, two daughters, Jessica Frickman and Dawn Anderson, three grandchildren, Amanda Frickman, Damien Henke and Joshua Anderson, her father, John Gordon Moore, three brothers, Daniel G., David A. and Douglas T. Moore, a sister, Susan M. Robertson and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 pm Friday, May 6, 2011 at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 214 N. 6th Avenue, Hopewell and where funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, May 7, 2011 with Rev. Jeff Raymond officiating. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Virginia, 7231 Forest Avenue, Richmond, VA 23226.
