Ralph Thomas Ellington, 61, of Hopewell passed away Monday, September 26, 2011 at his home. Ralph was retired from Philip Morris with thirty years of service and a U.S. Army veteran serving in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Judy Elizabeth Ellington, a son, Travis Ellington, a daughter, Abbey Parker and her husband, Steven, four grandchildren, Skyler and Jacob Ellington, Bailey Parker and Clayton Parker, a brother, Johnie Ellington, two sister-in-laws, Brenda Ennis and Carol Lee, a brother-in-law, Allen Huneycutt, also numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be conducted 2:30 pm Sunday, October 2, 2011 at the Crystal Lake Park with Rev. Sylvia Tucker officiating. Interment will be private.
