Mrs. Ruth Crutchfield Minter

Ron, Betty and Family, I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing.
Please accept my condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.

Ron, Clarence, Jerry and Jessie,

I was terribly sadden to learn of your mother's passing today. Having known your parents most all of my life, and once living next door to them for nearly 15 years, I can only say that no one could of had better people for neighbors.

From the first day we moved in our home, your dad and mom were there to greet us and never failed to help us in anyway over those 15 years.

I will always remember the hospitality, fun times, and great food at Uncle Beal's and Aunt Ruth's while I was growing up and beyond. Even though I thought my cousins, Ronnie, Jesse, Jerry, and Clarence, were crazy for eating ketchup on their eggs! I still talk about that to people to this day! Every Christmas Day we came to Hopewell from Portsmouth and kept in touch with Ruth and Beal until the end. I talked to Ruth in November, on
